Payment & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total tour invoice is required to secure and confirm your reservation with Paza Adventure Africa. The remaining balance must be paid 20–30 days prior to your arrival date or safari start date. For bookings confirmed within 45 days of arrival, full payment will be required immediately.
All payments should be made via secure online payment methods or bank wire transfer.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and will take effect on the date received by Paza Adventure Africa. Refunds for any safari deposit paid will be processed after deducting cancellation charges imposed by hotels, lodges, airlines, and administrative costs, as outlined below:

General Booking Conditions
Passports & Visas
It is the responsibility of all travelers to ensure that passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and all other travel documents are valid and up to date for the countries being visited. Paza Adventure Africa will gladly offer guidance and recommendations where possible, but obtaining the required documentation remains the traveler’s responsibility.
International & Domestic Flights
Reconfirmation of international and domestic flight bookings is the responsibility of the traveler. Since safari itineraries are often coordinated with flight schedules, clients are required to provide accurate arrival and departure flight details in advance.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all clients traveling with Paza Adventure Africa. Insurance should cover medical expenses, personal injury, emergency evacuation, loss of baggage, cancellation, curtailment, and other unforeseen circumstances. The choice of insurer remains entirely at the client’s discretion.
Amendments to Confirmed Arrangements
Paza Adventure Africa specializes in tailor-made safari and travel experiences using carefully selected third-party suppliers, including hotels, lodges, airlines, transport providers, and guides. While every effort will be made to operate tours as confirmed, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or activities where necessary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, government actions, supplier changes, or circumstances beyond our control.
Prices are also subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier rate adjustments.
Responsibility
Paza Adventure Africa acts only as an intermediary and coordinator for services provided by independent suppliers such as hotels, lodges, transport companies, guides, airlines, boat operators, and activity providers.
While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held liable for injury, loss, damage, delays, accidents, or irregularities caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control.
By paying a deposit or making full payment, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions and the limitations of liability stated herein.
